Envision — Feasibility and Strategy
The organization’s goals — whether strengthening its competitive position, expanding its global profile, or being more accurately perceived by all stakeholders — must have a reasonable path for success. If we can’t agree that such a path exists, we will not be able, yet, to go forward.
Develop Part I — Identity Discovery
Deeper than purpose, identity the source of your unique ability to create value and is your inherent differentiator. If you haven’t done this exploration already, we will deploy the world’s leading experts to dig deep and discover your company’s identity.
Develop Part II — Story Discovery
Movies are stories, and your movie is going to tell: 1) one of your founding stories, or 2) one of your brand's founding stories, or 3) a key event that radically changed the path of the organization, or 4) a vision you have for the future of the company or one of its brands that will have an important impact on your world.
We will explore those pivotal stories and help you decide what kind of a motion picture production, if any, can best tell that story.
Create Part I — Screenplay Development
Depending on the strategic path that we have mutually chosen as most suitable, such as 1) an attempt at a major studio release, 2) a project aimed at the film festivals initially, 3) an alternate release strategy, or 4) as a film tailored for the major streaming services, the screenplay must work on several levels. It must succeed as a pure movie. It must be easily castable, and it must be a great story, well-told. At the same time, it must shed glory on the business, and leave the viewers you need to reach with a clear sense of what your value is to them.
Create Part II — Production
From casting of stars, to global distribution deal-making, our goal for your movie is to bring the largest possible number of target viewers to engage with your film.
Market
Working with our resources that leverage the global appetite for movie stories, and coordinating with your organization’s own marketing capacities, the movie begins to shape global perspective of your company.
Depending on the profile of your customers, special premieres and other screenings with some or all of your movies’ stars in attendance, will bring your message in ways that nothing else in the world can even begin to approach.
Sponsorship
On occasion we will be developing major motion picture projects that are not specifically related to the story of a single company. In those instances, there will be an opportunity for a major organization to become a sponsor of the movie. Benefits from such an association will include enhancement of the organization’s brand, a long-term halo effect from the values found in the movie, and a possible long-term spokesperson relationship with one or more of the stars of the movie.
